About the Role:
  • As Game Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the vision and strategy of the game while fostering a high-performing team of 40 members.
  • With a proven track record of growing and maintaining successful mobile live titles, you will drive product vision and maximize business potential by adapting to market trends and understanding player needs.
  • You will own and execute the strategy by guiding the team in designing an optimal feature and live operations roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business growth, product goals, and player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and steer the game vision and strategic plans across various horizons, ensuring cohesion and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with craft leads, game leads, and central services to achieve state-of-the-art live operations, setting a benchmark for quality and innovation.
  • Provide clear updates on objectives and share key learnings with studio and company leadership, contributing to Rovio's overall success.
