Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive flight plans and coordinate with hubs and gateways for real-time monitoring of flights and shipments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of flight operations and aircrew administration services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations, or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
