MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Support the Country Lead, the Office Manager, and our cross-functional teams with daily administrative work such as:

  • Operational office work in our affiliate
  • Purchase Order process and vendor management
  • Product complaint management
  • Organizing promotional and non-promotional events and local strategic projects
  • Manage the governance of local corporate website and our company's brand related materials
  • Contribute to discussion by adding your unique perspective

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Final year of bachelor or relevant within economics/business administration or health science (i.e. pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, medicine)
  • Language skills: Finnish, strong English skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Have strong skills in Microsoft 365 programs, knowledge of online platform management, online media channels and websites.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize work, take initiative
  • Ability to think out of the box in a complex industry governed by rules and regulations
