Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will participate in the design & development program of a novel non-invasive continuous glucose monitor and drive its launch as a CE marked medical device. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, design and manufacturing partners, and test laboratories to ensure compliance with stringent medical device standards and exceptional product performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design & development of a novel continuous glucose monitor
- PCB schematic & layout design reviews, design, testing & debugging
- Ensuring design compliance with requirements
- Technical documentation of design, changes, and maintaining traceability
- Design analysis for compliance with relevant standard's requirements
- Communicating with design & manufacturing partners and test laboratories
- Medical device technical documentation
- Defining specifications, requirements, and tests
Relevant skills & qualifications:
- Master's degree in electronics engineering or a related technical field
- +3 years' experience in medical device development
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as 60601-1 and 62304
- Experience in dFMEA and risk assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
