Junior Customer Service Advisor

As a Summer Trainee in our Customer Service team, you help our customers succeed with the products and apps that we offer. You provide guidance, advice, and solutions to our clients, mainly over the phone. You also actively offer new solutions and additional products to our customers. You will work with our Mepco workforce management products: Maraplan, Työvuorovelho, Tuntivelho, Keikat and Aika.

Your team consists of an energetic group of experts who assist you in excelling in this role. Although this is a customer service role related to workforce management software, extensive technical expertise isn't required - you need ordinary IT skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Rest assured, we offer comprehensive training to help you become well-acquainted with our products and succeed in your role.

We want to be there for our clients when they need us and for that reason our customer service is open 8-16 from Monday to Friday. The position is located in Espoo and we work in a flexible hybrid model. We have the opportunity to welcome a new team member early in the spring. Ideally, you would start by the end of April at the latest. The position runs until the end of August, and if you're available beyond that, we'd love to hear about it too

• You have a customer-oriented mindset and some previous experience in customer service.
• Communicating with customers over the phone feels natural to you.
• You have basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new software. Any additional technical skills are a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Finnish; Swedish skills are a strong advantage.
