We're looking for two new customer-focused and analytical Integration Consultants to join our team This is your chance to play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and smart software solutions - with proactive and customer-oriented thinking.

We hope to find two professionals with slightly different skillsets. One of the positions will focus on payroll and HR system integrations, as well as conversion migrations, while the other will specialize in Workforce Management Solution integrations. The common thread between both roles is that you will be working with the Mepco Total product family.

You will either become the go-to expert for Mepco Maraplan, Työvuorovelho and Tuntivelho software or for Mepco Henkilöstö and Mepco Palkat solutions. Your responsibilities will include consulting, problem-solving, and leading projects to ensure smooth and effective system integrations. A typical day might involve both internal and external consulting to address integration challenges, alongside handling system conversion migrations, modifications, bug testing, and testing related to software implementations and ongoing development.

You will be part of a supportive team that works in a flexible hybrid work model. Team members are based in Tampere, Turku, and the Jyväskylä area. The position is permanent and full-time, with the start date negotiable. However, we would be excited to welcome you to our team as soon as possible

1. A strong understanding of payroll data management and experience with payroll systems, OR familiarity with WFM systems. Knowledge of our product suite, Mepco Total, is considered a great advantage
2. Ability to excel in a customer-facing role, providing guidance and solutions, while effectively leading projects.
3. Modern, strong and previous experience (several years) in a similar type of role.
4. Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, with the ability to approach and resolve challenges from different angles.
5. Fluency in Finnish and English.

Please note that a standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service will be carried out if the job duties require it. The need for a security clearance will be assessed both during the recruitment process and throughout the employment based on the areas of responsibility.
