Design, configure, and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform; Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions; Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems; Participate in workshops, solution design, and project delivery activities; Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality.

Strong hands-on experience with at least one D365 module (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys); Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into solutions; Experience with integrations and data migration concepts; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Languages: Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required).

Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 modules; Knowledge of Azure services; Consulting or client-facing experience; Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
