Do you want to turn strategy into real results – in boardrooms and on factory floors alike? Join our Strategy & Transformation team and help drive our Full Potential Program, the improvement program shaping our company’s future.
The role
As Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you’ll be at the heart of our Full Potential Program. You’ll work hands‑on in project teams across functions and regions, turning plans into results and making sure all our transformation streams work in a consistent way.
And this is just the start. As the program progresses, your role will grow into strategy work: shaping the company’s longer‑term strategy, including both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Lead transformation projects: act as project manager or team member on major company projects – from ramping up new production lines and improving factory operations to technology transfers and new product launches
- Bring structure: guide project teams through every phase of execution and embed project management best practice into how we work
- Bring people together: run workshops and working sessions with functions and factories
- Make change stick: support change management, training and process documentation, and track adoption and benefits
- Connect the dots: flag cross‑project and cross‑stream dependencies to stream leaders and keep project reporting to program standard
What you bring
You’re a hands‑on transformation professional who is just as credible with plant managers as with executives.
- A background in management consulting, strategy or project management
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including leading large, complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with capex
- Strong project management and proven change management skills
- Confidence in building and challenging business cases
- The ability to lead through change and sensitive topics
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Willingness to spend significant time on site in our factories
- Excellent English
- A project management certification such as PMI or IPMA is a plus
Why join us
- Real impact: your work directly shapes how our factories run and where the company goes next
- Room to grow: a clear path into strategy work, including organic and inorganic growth
- Great people: a casual and friendly culture, with support from your manager and our global TMO team
- Truly international: work with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and cultures
- Flexibility: a hybrid workplace with a modern office in Keilaranta, Espoo
- Wellbeing: lunch, culture, sports and wellbeing benefits through ePassi
