Join Us as an Enthusiastic and Self-Driven HR Generalist

Are you passionate about HR and love working directly with people? We have an exciting opportunity in our E MEA Area Organization Business Line team for a dynamic HR Generalist You'll be the go-to person for managers and employees, handling all HR-related inquiries. This isn't a back-office role; you'll be front and center, serving our internal customers.

As an HR Generalist, you will be the first point-of-contact for HR questions, providing expert advice and coaching to line managers. The business relies on your expertise in employment lifecycle matters (both white- and blue-collar employees) as well as labor legislation and collective agreements related matters from hiring to exit. You actively contribute to enhancing our business culture and leadership, and work closely with our HR network to deliver top-notch support to the business.

What we expect from you:

  1. Education & Experience: A university degree in personnel administration or equivalent, plus a minimum of three years in HR roles.
  2. Communication Skills: Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
  3. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HR systems and social media platforms.
  4. Proactive & Organized: Able to manage your own work and see new ways to improve processes.
  5. Mobility: Ready for occasional travel within Finland.
