Our services cover venture capital, wealth management, philanthropy, and personal counsel and concierge.

What we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced legal professional to help us support some of Europe's most accomplished entrepreneurs and their families.

You'll be part of a small, dedicated team that provides exceptional financial and governance services with a personal touch. Your work will focus on legal advice on private wealth matters. This includes helping clients and their family investment companies manage generation shifts, set up smart investment structures, and handle disputes. You will also advise on private equity transactions, real estate deals, and family and inheritance planning.

This is an opportunity to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and contribute meaningfully to their financial and personal goals. You will work with individuals who value insight, clarity, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Governance and compliance of our clients' investment companies with our financial admin team, headed by our CFO
  2. Taxation and structuring: Guide efficient strategies for managing the family's wealth.
  3. Private equity and other transactions
  4. Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those impacting wealth management, investments, and family offices.
  5. Passion projects: Manage the legal aspects of our clients' special projects, such as collecting, acquisitions, supporting businesses, culture, etc.
  6. Estate planning: Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for family members, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to ensure effective wealth transfer.
  7. Dispute resolution: Manage and resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise regarding estate, trust, or investment matters, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Our ideal candidate would have

  • A master's degree in law
  • 7+ years of experience in tax and company law either in a top-tier law firm, a consulting firm, private bank or a related field
  • A strategic mindset and a drive for operational excellence
  • Deep understanding of the needs of high-net-worth clients
  • Passion and skills for providing a high-touch service experience that exceeds expectations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • A high level of discretion and integrity
