Summer job advertisement for a practical nurse in a coastal archipelago care facility. The role involves working as part of a warm, approachable team in a home-like environment, focusing on meaningful elderly care with rounds. The unit consists of a few group homes in a courtyard setting, with some clients requiring Swedish language skills, making proficiency in Swedish mandatory.
Work time is full-time with 3-shift rotation; positions start in June 2026 and may continue through September or longer; shorter stints are possible.
We offer a competitive wage of 18.53 €/h (including 9% holiday pay) plus shift premiums according to collective agreement, furnished accommodation near the workplace, orientation at start and ongoing team support, a peaceful island setting that blends community and meaningful care, and memorable experiences.
Requirements include Finnish nursing licence (Valvira) and active LOPl and PKV medicine licenses (additional credits for Kipu 1, Ger 1 & 2), a proactive and responsible work attitude, and good Finnish and Swedish language skills.
