JACK & JONES is looking for a BUYER to be the driving force in re-shaping their product offering across 26 retail stores in Finland and taking JACK & JONES's products and brand to the next level.

At JACK & JONES Retail, Finland we are a strong operational team consisting of area management, area visual merchandisers, store management as well as our international buying function that works with a multi-category and multi-lifecycle product experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Buying: Plan, execute, and manage purchasing with a long-term vision, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
• NOOS Operations: Maintain and enhance the Never-Out-Of-Stock (NOOS) assortment to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Business Analysis: Identify business opportunities by analyzing performance data from Finland and other Nordic markets.
• Collaboration: Partner with retail manager, visual merchandiser, local operational team and Danish colleagues to drive a unified approach to collection planning and execution.
• Operational Management: Oversee pricing, campaign management, and inventory control.
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback from stores to ensure collections meet customer expectations and optimize product placement.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a genuine passion for retail and the fashion industry, including an active interest in following trends and understanding brands. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in retail, fashion buying, or related fields, of which 3 years in roles involving purchasing or assortment planning responsibilities.

Skills:

• Strong business mindset, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently take calculated risks.
• Analytical skills to use data for decision-making when planning and managing purchasing.
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SF5, PBI, D365) is an advantage.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to understand long-term strategies while being able to do detail-oriented work.

Work location: Our HQ is located in Espoo, Finland. The buyer will visit quarterly in Bestseller's HQ in Brande and regularly the stores in Finland.
