This position is located in Helsinki or Tampere.

About the role

Your summer will consist of project work either in one of our external client projects or in an internal development project - or perhaps a bit of both. You will be working alongside an experienced cross-disciplinary team to learn the craft of modern software consulting.

We hope you have some experience of these:

  • React & React Native
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Azure / AWS experience seen as a plus

Here's a little checklist to help you figure out if we are a match for each other:

  • You have most of your relevant programming studies behind you and your graduation may be lurking around the corner, or have otherwise got a hold of things well enough because of your passion for digital things.
  • You really want to learn more about programming and one day become a world-class professional in the field.
  • You take ownership of tasks and drive them toward great outcomes.
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English.

Compensation

Our salary model is based on skills, responsibilities, and impact, aligning with your seniority and accountability. To promote inclusiveness, we follow an open salary policy. Monthly compensation to this position is between 2580-3190€ with possible bonuses and additional benefits.

The Summer Trainee position is full-time to ensure a valuable learning experience. There may be opportunities to continue part-time after summer.

The Summer Trainee period runs from May to August (5.5.–31.8.2025). Start and end dates may be flexible depending on individual needs.

Office location is in Tampere or Helsinki. We have a hybrid working mode depending on the team, so occasional work from home might be possible. We don't offer relocation or remote work opportunities outside Finland.

No age limit for Summer Trainee positions As long as you are of legal age, anyone is welcome to apply.

It's not mandatory to submit a transcript of your studies. If you feel it adds relevant information about your skills, you can include it. However, the minimum required application documents are CV, cover letter, and a study/hobby project showcase.
