Etsimme Team Leadiä Wärtsilän moottorikokoonpanoon Sustainable Technology Hubiin (STH) Vaasaan.

Team Lead toimii lähiesihenkilönä asennustiimeille. Hän vastaa vastuualueensa tiimien tuottavuudesta, osaamisesta, ilmapiiristä ja työturvallisuudesta.

Työpaikka sijaitsee Wärtsilän uudessa toimipisteessä Vaskiluodossa, Vaasassa ja muissa Wärtsilän toimipisteissä. Työssä suoriutumiseen tarvitaan sujuvaa suomen- ja englanninkielen taitoa.

Työnkuvaus

Team Leadinä vastuullasi on toimia lähiesihenkilönä asennustiimeille. Tehtävään kuuluvat hallinnolliset esihenkilötehtävät sisältäen työn suunnittelun ja työn edellytysten varmistamisen. Team Leadinä seuraat tiimin toimintakykyä ja teet yhteistyössä muiden toimintojen kanssa tarvittavat priorisoinnit. Olet seuraamassa ja varmistamassa tuotannon etenemän häiriötilanteiden purkuja. Olet aktiivisesti mukana parantamassa ja kehittämässä toimintoja. Työturvallisuus ja laatu ovat johtotähtiä kaikessa tekemisessä ja kehittämisessä.

  • Jatkuva kehittäminen ja parantaminen ovat luonteva osa jokapäiväistä toimintaasi. Tartut toimeen ja näytät itse esimerkkiä.
  • Sinulla on työnkuvaan soveltuva koulutus ja/tai kokemusta tiiminvetäjän tehtävistä. Eduksi luetaan itseohjautuvan tiimimallin tuntemus.
  • Olet valmis työskentelemään vuorotyössä, ja ymmärrät joustavan työnteon.
  • Tehtävässä tarvitaan sujuvaa suomen- ja englanninkielen taitoa.
  • Hyvät tietotekniset valmiudet tukevat työssä onnistumista.
