Roolin keskeiset vastuut:

  • Sähkö- ja mekaanisten järjestelmien pakettien hallinta.
  • Työmaan turvallisuuden hallinta yhdessä projektipäällikön ja Mercuryn turvallisuusneuvojan kanssa. Tämä sisältää turvallisuustiedoston asettamisen, hallinnan ja sulkemisen osana johtoryhmää.
  • Aja keskittyneeseen laatuun. Työterveys-, turvallisuus- ja ympäristökulttuuri tiimissäsi.
  • Sivuston laadunvarmistuksen hallinta yhdessä Mercury QA Managerin kanssa, mukaan lukien asennus, hallinta ja tiedoston sulkeminen
  • Projektiaikataulun hallinta yhdessä Mercuryn projektipäällikön, konsultti-insinöörin ja asiakkaan vaatimusten kanssa
  • Kaikkien pakettiisi liittyvien kulujen hallinta, mukaan lukien:
  • Mercuryn sähkötiimi
  • Mercuryn mekaaninen tiimi
  • Alihankkijat
  • Materiaalitoimitukset ja tavaran vastaanottaminen.
  • Tehdas ja laitteet
  • Muunnelmat
  • Arvostukset
  • Kaiken päivittäisen työmaatoimintojen hallinta
  • Varmista, että Mercuryn käytäntöjä ja menettelyjä noudatetaan tarkasti.
  • Alihankintatoimintojen hallinta, mukaan lukien edistymisen seuranta aikataulun ja henkilöstömäärän mukaan. Varmista, että alihankkijan kanssa pidetään viikoittain pöytäkirjaan merkitty kokous.
  • Mercuryn "Inprogress" -sagging-järjestelmän hallinta varmistaa, että valvojat palauttavat viikoittaiset leimauslistat tarvittaessa. Varmista, että kaikki vinkit jaetaan kaikille alihankkijoille
  • Myönnä suorat työajat ja alihankkijan työtunnit ajanhallintaan keskitetysti seurantaa varten.
  • Osallistuminen työmaakokouksiin, sisäisiin projektikatselmuksiin, suunnittelukatselmuksiin, suunnittelu- ja koordinointikokouksiin ja luovutuskokouksiin
  • Sulje kaikki projektikohteet, mukaan lukien lopputili, O & M -oppaat, rei'ityslista, turvallisuustiedosto, laadunvarmistustiedosto, materiaalien ja laitosten uudelleensijoitukset, projektisuunnitelma – kaikki työmaaprojektipäällikön ja projektitiimisi tuella.
  • Anna viikoittaiset kustannusraportit. Tämä sisältää kaikki tehdyt tilaukset, odotetut materiaalit ja työmäärät.
  • Anna sisäinen viikoittainen edistymisraportti, joka on koottu projektinvalvojan raportista. Tämä korostaa edistymisprosenttia WBS-koodien ja mahdollisten huolenaiheiden perusteella. Siinä tulisi myös korostaa Mercuryn hallinnassa olevia riskitekijöitä, esim. myöhästyneet toimitukset.
  • Anna ulkoinen viikoittainen edistymisraportti projektipäällikölle, jossa korostetaan alueita, jotka eivät ole käytettävissä, viivästykset, suunnittelun puute, kolmannen osapuolen viivästykset ja valmistumisprosentti.
  • Suunnittele materiaalitoimitukset projektin aikataulun mukaisesti. Seuraa kaikkia toimituksia.
  • Pidä viikoittain projektin valokuvapäiväkirjaa
  • Pidä yhteyttä ja ylläpitää vahvoja suhteita asiakastiimiin
  • Tarkista suunnittelu yhdessä Mercuryn ja asiakastiimien kanssa
  • Valvo töiden koordinointia eri M&E-soveltuvien kohteiden välillä ja varmista yhteensopivuus työmaan yleisten töiden kanssa
  • Kaikki muut rooliin liittyvät tehtävät.

Tärkeimmät roolin kriteerit:

  • Ammatti- ja/tai asiaankuuluva kolmannen tason tutkinto
  • Vähintään 5 vuoden aikaisempaa kokemusta projektijohtamisesta
  • Todistettu kokemus suurten asennusprojektien koordinoinnista ja johtamisesta
  • Kokemusta työelämän suhteisiin liittyvistä asioista
  • Terveyden ja turvallisuuden tuntemus
  • Hyvä tekninen tuntemus sekä sähkö- että mekaanisista järjestelmistä
  • Erinomaiset IT-taidot
