At OP Insurance, we are building our future software platforms, and we are currently looking for a Senior Developer/Lead Developer in our "VALU platform renewal" Tribe, "System" team. We expect you to have strong, hands-on experience in maintenance and operations of Guidewire. What is the role like?We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer/Lead Developer for our System team responsible for maintenance and operations of our Guidewire systems. You will work in a scrum team, closely with other technical experts co-operating also with colleagues both onsite and offsite.
As a Senior/Lead Developer, your duties include guiding other team members and ensuring the team follows best practices for maintenance and operations.
What we expect from you?We expect a strong DevOps background and hands-on experience operating Guidewire platforms:
- Experience in modern software pipelines and CI/CD automation toolchains for Guidewire environments.
- Integrations GW cloud deployments and GW cloud integrations, and live operations of complex large deployments.
- Hands-on experience in performance and security testing, also for GW deployments.
- Extensive background designing and planning go-live system deployments and knowledge of the processes and best practices for successful live Guidewire system deployments.
