Midagon is a Nordic management consultancy company with a growing team of more than 200 experienced business transformation experts. At Midagon, you will work with industry-leading companies from various business sectors. Our consultants are senior-level professionals who, depending on the project, work in different roles, such as project manager, program director, architect, advisor, etc.
To ensure our clients' success also in the future and to support our continued growth, we are now looking for ERP Project Managers with the experience and drive to take on key roles in ERP projects, from overall project management to leading specific streams or sub-projects (e.g., as a stream lead or sub-project lead).
In this role, you will lead significant and complex ERP and business transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation from pre-study to execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, manage large and medium-sized projects, and lead cross-functional teams of representatives from various organisations. You will focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration, open communication, and clear business value.
We value diverse backgrounds in ERP projects from the client side, a system integrator, or consulting. Ideally, you bring a combination of these perspectives. We appreciate professionals who can see the big picture while being hands-on in tackling challenges throughout different project phases.

Qualifications:- Extensive experience in leading ERP and business transformation projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of business and IT processes.
- A blend of experience both from the business and technical side, with expertise in key business processes, particularly in the ERP context.
- Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- A master's degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or engineering.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
