Would you like to join us in our Customer Development team as Instore Solution Professional.

This is a new team, that is being established within the retail organization with the goal of investing more in the content of customer-facing work, its planning, supporting the implementation, and ensuring the achievement of desired results. We are creating a new way of utilizing data for decision-making and better leveraging information in business planning, growth initiatives, and customer work. The team will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance. The team will be led by a Customer Development Manager.

How you will make an impact

We are on a journey to create Future of Sales with high focus on strong Customer Focus & Execution. Digitalization will change how we all operate within sales and we will further invest in new tools and analytics capabilities.

By joining us as an Instore Solution Professional, you will play a crucial role in the growth story of Arla Brands in Finland, such as Arla Luonto+, Arla Protein, and Arla Lempi.

You will work with various stakeholders to develop innovative and effective ways to showcase our brands in the in-store environment. Your ability to creatively leverage data and transform it into visual representations will be key in maximizing the visibility, attractiveness, and appeal of our products in the limited shelf space available. You are acting as a central point between sales and marketing to align with category and customer strategies.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead retail in-store concept development and instore solutions towards Future of Dairy -aspiration.
  • Lead retail planning and execution related to e.g. category growth plans, space management and allocation.
  • Act as a central point between sales and marketing in instore solutions based on e.g. category and customer strategies and plans.
  • Follow up on specified KPIs for space and instore change projects and shelf area productivity.
  • Develop new insights on shopper psychology and behavior with focus on optimizing dairy category spend through space and navigation solutions.

What will make you successful

You are creative thinker and problem solver with high business acumen and passion for bringing the shopper insights from category strategies into space. You prefer working in collaboration with others by seeking for input and listening different view points.

You work independently and have an ability to effectively organize, analyze and present back solutions. You can utilize data and give it a visual form in-store.

You have the ability to envision what good looks like. In the store, there is a limited amount of shelf space, so it is important to understand how to maximize the visibility of Arla brands and how to make shelf placements more visible, attractive, and interesting to customers.

Furthermore we expect that you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration
  • Previous experience FMCG or retail (preferably experience from instore or space management for 3-5 years)
  • Ability to use data to support decision-making
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • The ability to use English fluent written and verbal and you can communicate Finnish in everyday situations.
