Your Impact:

We're looking to welcome a Senior Customer Success Manager to be responsible for end-to-end execution of a managed services domain. Your primary area of focus will be around data-Platform-as-a-service offering and related services from strategy planning to delivery execution. You will be client-facing and new opportunities and service proposals regarding the customers assigned to you. You will work with customers from various industries in Finland and Europe. As part of the OpenText team, you will work in an atmosphere that inspires innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.

What the role offers:

• Understanding client needs and objectives, formulating solutions designed for proposals while managing delivery risk, and working with the sales team.
• Specifying Customer Success criteria and monitoring those in cooperation with the customers.
• Overseeing consulting and professional services engagement delivery.
• Managing customer expectations and day-to-day service operations according to SLA.
• Continual improvement of the service management processes and service quality.
• Identifying potential sales leads and managing those in cooperation with our sales.

What you need to succeed:

• Several years of Service/Customer Success/Project management experience in a client-facing role.
• Interest and knowledge of Digitalization and Data-driven transformation trends and directions.
• Experience in managing customer expectations on a high level.
• Understanding and experience of data integration, data mapping, and cloud-based services concepts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with customers at all levels and conducting presentations and workshops.
• Keen on building strong relationships both externally with customers and internally with colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
