We are now looking for a Debt Collection Officer in Forbearance Services who will work in Forbearance Service Unit, servicing  Business Banking with forbearance calculation, registration, control and monitoring.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Forbearance Services team. We add value by supporting our customer facing advisors with the forbearance process to help them make the right decisions at times, when our customers may face financial difficulties, and capture the related data. As the Debt Collection Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in centralising calculation and registration of forbearance measures and completeness control.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Net Present Value calculation upon request from Customer Relationship Unit i.e. relationship managers.
  • Data driven completeness controls.
  • Registration in the Forbearance Documentation Tool.
  • Take part in setting up and stabilization of current and new tasks/projects.
  • Build relationship with Stakeholders, to ensure smooth communication and effective co-operation.

Your experience and background: 

  • Graduate of a secondary school or university.
  • English on an advanced level (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (in particular Excel).
  • Interest in working within a financial industry.
