BRP Finland is seeking Brand Marketing Lead for Lynx & Ski-Doo to join our Marketing team for a period of 12 months. As a vital member of our local Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in boosting the brands in Scandinavia (Finland, Sweden, and Norway) and distributor markets across EMEA. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders like EMEA marketing team, commercial teams in Scandinavia, global brand team and agencies.

 

The main responsibilities in this role include:

  • ·       Brand and product strategy: Develop an annual marketing plan supporting the regional strategic priorities aligning it with branding objectives, sales and profitability goals

o   Identify and select the relevant tactics to implement the strategic priorities

o   Ensure buy-in, alignment and synergies across the regional priority markets

o   Take the lead in synchronizing the new product launches for maximum impact and coordinate deployment

o   Ensure a smooth and timely communication with all stakeholders

  • ·       Content strategy: Lead the coordination and implementation of an impactful content strategy for Lynx and Ski-Doo brands in EMEA
  • ·       Go-To-Market plan execution: Implement and supervise the tactical initiatives defined in the marketing plan, ensure a tight coordination, execution and support to the markets to maximize engagement, and measure results and ROI

o   build regional campaigns

o   develop digital strategy including website strategy, digital activation, agency briefing and reporting

o   Contribute to the definition of the shows, events, Clubs and PR strategy and support with the execution

o   Ensure a smooth and timely deployment of the programs (concept, costing, approval, execution and communication)

o   Define CRM strategy and create yearly calendar of CRM initiatives

o   Follow-up of market data, market share and monitor competitors

  • ·       Special projects:  Leading, participating and/or supporting non-brand specific initiatives

Your profile and skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

·         Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Marketing

·         Proven experience of content marketing, digital marketing and social media

·         Capabilities to operate in an international matrix organization

·         Fluent in English - other language skills a plus

·         Proven branding / brand management background

·         Strong communication skills with creative mindset

·         Network builder

·         Organized, accountable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

·         Motivated by an innovative, goal-oriented environment

·         Real team player


This role is based in Rovaniemi, will require some travelling (10%) and you will be able to work according to the hybrid working policy.
