Job Title: Cytology Application Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cytology Application Specialist to join our Nordics team.

What You Can Expect:

Provide professional and technical support to customers for Hologic's cytology products, including ThinPrep Pap Tests. Conduct in-depth training sessions for customers, including laboratory technicians, scientists, and clinicians, to ensure proper use and understanding of our products. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations. Coordinate and manage customer sites for clinical studies and evaluations, when necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and procedures.

What We Expect: 

Previous experience in clinical cytology, preferably within a laboratory setting. Strong understanding of the diagnostics market with a focus on cytology. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English. Ability to travel extensively across the Nordics and occasionally internationally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Customer-oriented with a passion for providing high-quality clinical support. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
